The time has come, CLUTCH!

I think I located parts separately, but was wondering if there is a way to buy kit like that?

My raceshop has these. They install a ton of these. Kevin at UMW sells them also. Make sure you are getting the right parts. Don't believe this stage "2.5" business many vendors peddle. That doesn't tell you anything regarding what you're buying. Verify the part numbers of each item in the kit.

this one does http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/s...9-p-45743.html
This is what is in the 764PP/964RSLWFW/997GT3RS4.0 kit. Make sure you are getting the 997 part number 4.0 disc and not the old style GT3RS disc with the blue springs. There are probably a few of those sitting on shelves. Those are noisy.

I think he was asking where to purchase the 4.0 kit. That's what I was getting at. Those are not the 4.0 kits. Why replace the stock clutch with something "marginally" better when you can get a "lot" better with the exact same drivability and no downsides? I think the OP had a LWFW on his wish list too if I read it correctly..
dollars to doughnuts he'll never exceed the limit of a stock clutch, add to that possibly a gt2 disc? and he's good for years.
unless of course he lets someone roll his car onto a transport truck again lol
i'm just sayin.. ALL your stuff is maxed out racegear. it's not necessarily for "everyone" necessarily. in the same way some folks like the hyd assisted clutch.. while ANYone that might argue the gt2 setup isn't "better" and less prone to "failure(s), would be nuts! is IS "better" if not "softer"! lol. but you see my point?
this guy doesn't need a racing setup.. imo.
