Clutch noise when pressed down - throw out bearing or lightweight flywheel?

Hey everyone.

A noisy clutch when pressed down. Would you suspect the lightweight flywheel or throw out bearing?

This is on a modded GT2.

Thanks in advance.

A LWFW will make less noise when the clutch is pressed in.
I would guess TO bearing

It is a creaking / clicking noise.

I have confirmed the noise being made is indeed the throw out bearing.

Apparently its a characteristic of the carbonetics triple disc clutch / lwfw? Clutch has 10k miles. The noise has been there for as long as I could remember. Figured I'd post to see what others have to say.

Any input or experiences?

With aftermarket light/flywheel , the clutch chatters, when you press clutch in, it goes away, could be bearing.

My guess....Its the clutch disks chattering. Very common and normal characteristic with twin and triple disk clutches....
