What's the 996TT's weakest points?
Tell me, what is in your opinion the weakest point of the 996 Turbo (not counting too little power) when driving hard or on the race track?
Brakes?
Suspension, handling?
Or???
In other words: What mods will take the 996TT a huge leap forward?

Fuel range, I believe is an issue when you step on it ...
May lack agility if the driver isn't talented or willing to drive fast enough.
I'm pretty sure everyone will say PSS9 will be a huge leap forward...
I'm convinced the ultimate 996TT is a Ruf RTurbo. Retains the qualities ... but just better in every aspect.

Suspension/Handling!!!! Without a doubt it is the handling that needs the most work ... and it needs a lot. Once you go after the handling, the PSM or brakes is next. After that, 4wd.

On the Track the brakes give up too early especially at Bedford where there is a 152mph+ straight, but it is a heavy car for the track IMHO. Road use there are no faults.

Agree that suspension is most critical, with weight also a factor at the track. I am surprised at the comment re brakes as I have not had any problems braking later than the vast majority of cars at the end of Summit Point's straight (at 140 +) plus.
I am having a difficult time convincing myself that it is worth changing the suspension and lowering the car for less than 10 days a year of track time with the problems that will arise in everyday driving, like speed bumps, driveways, etc.
