Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that some enjoy doing more with their cars than just listing them in signatures on message boards. Some of these crazy guys like to compete and even RACE their cars. Silly I know, but not too many races have been won with a nice dyno sheet under the hood. Fact remains, most of these people are friends and a great group of people.

You're relitively close by ( Central Cal ), you could always bring up something fast of yours and see for yourself. Just don't bring a Gixxer1000, you don't want to be the slow guy all night.
