for the archive : PASM lights, ABS light, then CEL turned on : simple fix

I had an alarming experience this weekend and wanted to share the simple resolution to it : so i was driving normal on a saturday morning then suddenly my PSM and ABS lights are flashing. The car drove normal but then I drove it gently (trying to keep off of boost etc) while keeping my ears open and try to notice any difference, no difference.
I came to a stop, turn off the car and did a quick visual check, the only thing i noticed was my rear brake pads are worn out, bout 20% left.
I went back and start the car, guess what? the warning light went away, at this time i was quite relieved thinking that it might be an intemmitent thing.
I went back home and google this stuff, mainly what i found was : maf, brake light switch, led tailignhts or dying battery.
Sunday morning I went for a canyon drive with my son and we start noticing everytime i left off from the boost there's a faint BOV sound , which he thinks it's kinda cool LOL.
At this time I'm starting to think i must have a bad diverter valves.
Cutting our trip short, we went back home and on the way home, the dashboard suddenly in the christmas mode, all the PASM, ABS, airbag and Check engine light - stop engine go to workshop- thing all lit off.
Since it's only a mile left i chose to drive it home.

i got home and the first thing i check was the intercooler hoses since that was the easiest compare to the DVs, and sure enough, 1 side is loose and the other one is completely off. popped those back in, tighten it then voila, everything went back to normal.

here some pics for future reference
I hope this post would beneficial for someone clueless like me

cheers

Good post of a fairly simple fix. Could save someone from having to tow their car home or to the stealership for repair
