especially on the track. You can't compare these cars on the street save for a short straightline shot drag race. These cars need to be driven by the same capable driver, on the track with turns and stuff to see who the real king is, imho...

I fully agree, although a nice little highway run wouldn't be bad to watch and compare either

 

it's a matter of who is the better driver, I think it counts more than the car

my POS evo8 will take both of those... but thats not fair either cause I have $25K in the tuning on a car thats worth $25k stock.
I just think its interesting to have ANY car run against the ENZO.... modified or not.

 

Yeah, it is is, but when you have your panties in a wad like one member said its stupid. The Enzo isn't a straight line performance car, I don't understand why it has become a benchmark for straight line performance all of a sudden because of its cost, name, prestige, what?. If you want to "compete" against the Enzo, take it to the track... There are plenty of cars out there, that will take an Enzo in a straight line, but not very many "street legal" and stock, or even modifyed cars that can touch it on the track.

I just got it finished about a month ago finally.... I was waiting for all these custom parts. Im gonna run my satge 5 porsche against it.... well I know that the evo is faster... and since I've been driving it... i like it more and more.... but then having over 600HP to the wheels on a car thats 2900 lbs.... thats fast.
Lets put it this way... I have foot long (back)fire coming out of pipe. Im using a rally stand alone ecu "autronik" that is able to preload the turbos.... Im boosting 35lbs. on race gas(116) vs. the the TT (100) via the giac switch.
Ill get the videos maybe tomorrow.

I often go to downtown late night for a cruise... but the car is actually "stock" on nthe outside.... I didnt want to turn it into a ricer(like its not one already.) I raced a blue 550 merinello and a cl 55 going from downtown a few weeks ago.... I wish aI had a camera.

 

When we had this thread orginally we all sort of agreed you need to run stock too stock. An Enzo is not a drag car and surly not a car anyone in there right mine does any mods on. I have had the priv of a ride in one and there is nothing too do too it. Xico has 250-300k invested in his Turbo (incuding the car) maybe more and it is ONE BAD *** TURBO. However this argument is just dumb.as Ferrarislave points out a modded Z06 w. 10k in Mods can blow past either of these guys and that EVO mentioned above can probably take either of them...

then again I am sure we would ALL like to have that ENZO parked in our garages even if it is not as fast!
