996 turbo S transmission wierd issue

Hi all , my friends car after cylinder replaced started poping gears , rear , 1st , 3rd , 5th , no noise of brocken tooth , but some kind of a noise . any idea what to check or what was done wrong , he did blead the clutch fluids there , 2nd , 4th , 6th drives fine . thanks

Check cable connections on both ends and the alignment of the shifter.

Trans was removed. Engine was removed. He "messed with it". Had to.
