yes. a v10 manual with carbon everywhere ?i would jump all over that. no doubt about it.
the 997 is faster. but the r8 handles and sounds better,...and its gorgeous... and its all aluminium ... did i mention how beautiful the lines of an r8 are in person??... AND it revs to 8800 !!
a lwfw and a nice exhaust would sound like an f1 car (or atleast a cgt)


when i was looking at 997s, r8 v10s were 120ish and i couldnt afford that.

IF i could do it all over again TODAY, i would keep my 996, and pick up a v10 for 98k (assuming a clean one existed).
