always trace back to the last thing you "fixed". ( he serp belt!?! ) and since you *seem* not to have any stored codes? the next thing is STILL all connections that might cause a boost leak and a faulty maf as you noted is indeed a possibility. but i don;t think you're on the right track when you say your psm does not work, because that would mean the pump is bad etc etc. the abs/psm errors/cels, that's more symptomatic of a general issue that wins you all lights on dash and abs/psm warnings when something completely unrelated is wrong.

if you've been doing all of this yourself, i must respectfully suggest you seek more experienced "help". this one may be just out of your reach. but good luck with it. check your c-clips for integrity ( they fail ) and ANYwhere there is a vac connection!

All those lights and no codes makes no sense! How does the car behave when the light start flashing (hesitation, bogging, lost power, sputtering, etc.)? Does it do the exact same thing with the MAF disconnected? Did you check the boot on the air filter to make sure it is seated correctly and sealed?
