She's alive again on 12mm studs. With the boost leak fixed (ipd checkvalve, replaced with a billet piece), picked up close to 500 rpm of spool. Small changes to the tune, traction is worse now as the tip in is much harder so the tires spin, TC strategy will be revisited tomorrow.
We ended up machining 20 thow off the the sleeves to remove the oring grooves entirely, then dropped the cylinder case the same amount, and compensated with custom Evoms hellfire gaskets.
Want to thank John Bray @ Evoms for providing all of their bullet proof hardware needed to build a long lasting high powered flat 6.

My IPD check valve was leaking too Sean causing boost issues. The billet piece seams interesting. The damn check valve was throwing check engine light and couldn't figure out what was the issue.
By the way any stage 3 fuel systems in stock?

Man the IPD check valve caused me a lot of drama. My alpha 3071's were spooling at around 5k lol I checked everything from headers thinking they were leaking to thinking turbos were bad etc and all along it was a cheap check valve that IPD uses.
Glad you figured it out man. I'm actually getting rid of the whole thing. Going custom intake after my shop tested it and said they saw no real benefit for my application.
I'll call you tomorrow regarding the fuel system Sean!
