911tuning exhaust thread - how we do it :)

Just wanted to share some of the exhaust parts we do make from scratch, be it custom exhaust, straight pipes with dual 3"tips, or special request set ups...
Not new to this X design craze, as a matter of fact we have been at it for over 6 years... I believe we have perfected the set up, and with the ability to customize it to clients needs, its music to the ears...
I have experimented with various muffler cans, resonators, center cores be it louvered or perforated, steel wool or other patent pending muffler packing material. The X is not made from 2 x180 degree pipes butted together, but rather carefully cut and fabricated to make a X... its even ported inside the X at the welds. We use V bands on all connections vs. slip on with a basic squeeze clamps that often leak.. We offer various tips be it straight cut , rolled, power coated, or even mini resonators that look amazing...

thanks for looking and happy holidays...

That's definitely the best tip style. I had a Stromung exhaust on my last car and the tips were beautiful.
