Either go nuts and spend the big bucks for Europipe Loud or go frugal and get the Speedtech dual cans. Nothing wrong with any of the other systems and I know some of them sound very good. I didn't know what would clear smog in Cali so I went with the Speedtech dual cans (200 cell cats to be safe). Easy to take off and put back on if I needed the stock exhaust to pass smog. Technically there is visual inspection but I found a shop that doesn't care as long as you pass the sniff test. Mine passed at no more 10% of the max emissions allowed in each catagory. If and when they wear out I might get a Europipe as soon as the dollar is worth more than the euro or the NASDAQ breaks 5,000 again.

Let''s not forget the Markski's 911 tuning cross flow exhaust. I've recently installed one and love it. Good luck!

If you are going with Speedtech I recently got the 3" x-cellerator cross flow. It is beautifully made and really sounds amazing.

Guys while on the topic of exhausts, how restrictive is the stock system really?? If I was to just have a set of 100cell cats fitted to the stock system. would that be enuf to flow 600whp??

Stock I think is 300cel cats. Best results seem to be with 100 cell cats that have the same internal surface area at stock cats. The stock system is very heavy. Also if you cut it up and don't pass smog.....then what do you do. Another good reason to ditch it. Without a dyno check you'll never know if you gaining much HP. You're better off buying a system that's been proven.

HEY Guys,I had a good system,Cargraphics med. sound with a 100 cell cat swap, but when I moved up to the K24/18gs I wanted a bigger muffler pipe system....I replaced it with the old faithful,Milltek 100 cell system....It freed up my turbos and increase by boost by about .15 bars....
