You can't get them done with one sheet. You need to join. Two options; join or overlap. If you join (better looking) eventually a gap appears as wrap shrinks. Then you need to paint (best with marker pen) PITA.

I watched a few videos on using 2 pieces of knifeless tape to make a perfect joint. After trying it a few times, I think an overlap looks more clean. 2 pieces right next to each other just doesn't look good and can be seen from any angle.

I think you're right.. On your car it looks a bit much, whereas on vglnte's car I think the wrap on roof is gonna look great and once the front is finished..ya would work for me. In the meantime since now all I see is partially wrapped silver cars..makes me want to go white more than ever lol..

What's that saying again? Once you go white, you.. never...mind lol

Btw..about to do the louvers on the trunk.....I'm scared.

I knew this was going to be a *****, but this has been an insane amount of work and time. I don't even have the rear bumper and roof trimmed. No mirrors (no idea how to do those) no side scoops, no gutters, car is trashed in pieces. Tough job for anyone thinking about it.
Trunk louvers were the hardest part when I did mine.

I have aftermarket wheels I normally use, but in winter I run these stockers. I will paint them black

Did you use one flat piece over the entire top then just heat and push it all in? You use primer all over it?

Basically yea. I put one piece of it (primered everything) then cut a slit in the middle of each louver and tucked it in.

why removing them first is better, though can be done with painters tape. i jut took mine off, then sprayed em a cpl times, then re-installed, and very little trim work to be done at the edge of where the intake meets the "lip" of the body panel. if that makes sense. folks are gonna be eyeballing your car bro. no more stealth mode LOL. looks fantastic

What? Lol. I meant where did people put the seam for the 2 pieces of vinyl. One piece is impossible, or if someone did one piece, they use voodoo
