That would have been awesome. It takes my car 8.3 to go from 60-130 with it in good running order, If that helps. I could never tell in your video what your car does..... the damn steering wheel was in the way!!!

 

You will never buy it, because you just don't get it. The M6 is a rear wheel drive car with a ton of horsepower. You think it is easy to hook up 500 hp? What does 0-60 really mean these days? All it shows is traction. The carrera S has been tested to a 3.9 0-60, does that mean it is faster than an m6? Hell no, the m6 traps 120 and by 3rd gear a carrera S would be fading fast.

 

Well......go race one. Who really gives a chit.
My car is probably a 10 second 0-60. But will beat a TT on the highway, who cares. It is a cool video and comparison. People aren't even talking about it anymore......dang....can't you see we already hijacked this thread

 

LOL...I already posted a independent source of it running faster than a Turbo S in a previous post.

Here's another test with it beating Gallardo and a Viper SRT-10. No matter how much you don't like it...the fact is it's faster than hell:

True...the M6 would have only beaten the Turbo S by a couple of car lengths instead a couple of buslengths.

Last generation grew up with ****ty valvetrains that hardly revved to 5k. Torque was everything. The average American rather squeal at a light than power through 120mph.

What also boggles it is that Oldguy, a Naval Engineer, believes a slow manufacturer claimed 0-60 time is indicitive of a cars performance throughout the speedometre. Must have been handing out engineering degrees back in the day.
