My business partner and I both owned lambos.... 1997 SV and I a 99 vt roadster.... his clutch went out at 1200kilometers.... thats the weak link. Mine held up.
lambos are definately not for regular driving.... my other friend has a Murci and put on 8 K mikes in one season.... but it cost him a few trips to the dealer and a few weeks without the car.
all in all, its a great experience...

Robert, Allan's a troll, plain and simple. It has nothing to do with agreeing/disagreeing with his opinion. And quite honestly, I would take the Murci over the Yellow Bird too.... The Murci is a beautiful vehicle. My point is that Allan typically doesn't say anything unless he's bragging on Lambo while simultaneously throwing out some negativity about everybody elses' vehicles. Like I said before, you don't see me over on Lambo power running my mouth... He only comes on here to say something to stir the pot. He would be labeled a troll on any other board. I guess the fact that he owns some nice cars gives him some sort of credibility. Allan, if you want to talk about Lambos all the time, there's a great place I heard about.... It's called Lambopower.com

Whatever.... I guess I've just been reading his posts for too long. It's the same old thing with him, whenever it's "lambo vs. whatever". You're still new here so i wouldn't expect you to know what i'm talking about.

That said, his comment here was he'd take the murci over the yellowbird. I think a lot would. Don't know why you blew up; there are other instances where you could of on him, just made you look like the troll on this one

And yes, I have given him **** in other threads about this...this isn't the first time. If you really don't like anything besides Lambos, then why come on this board? Okay, I'm done....

Everyone knows Allan is, shall we say, "thought provoking" ?
I also think he's big enough to stand up for himself considering all of the trash talking that goes on...
The original intent of the thread was to highlight the amazing performance of a car that is almost 20 yrs old against the signature Lambo of the moment. While some of you may not "take the Ruf over the Murci", surely even Allan & Co can appreciate that...
P.S I'll take the Yellowbird....

Me and Allan take turns on defending Lambos against cars over diffrent boards, this thread was his turn. 
Don't worry, we have our share of posters who come to Lambo-power to stand for their favourite brand, nothing wrong with that.

All I can tell you is it was a topic about a Porsche beating a Lambo, Allan made his typical remarks and I stated the truth, they are both great cars but in that topic the Porsche embarressed the Lambo. The next morning, I was banned, I have not been back.
