2003 996 turbo 25k miles value/pricepoint??
Would like some professional advice of this forum for value and pricepoint on a Black on Black 2003 996 turbo I'm looking to purchase.
Details
25K miles
clean carfax
4 owner
mint exterior
mint interior
Lots of performance modification with receipts ($40k)
My biggest concern is that some of the receipts he sent me doesn't seems to correspond to what appears to be on the car, but some do. Current owner is not as knowledgeable to what exactly is on the car because besides the receipts and paperwork he got from the previous owners which did most of the modifications. Attached are some of the documents he sent me and some pictures of the car.
Any input and advice much appreciated.

Beautiful car. The mods add little value but are great if they are the type of things that you may want or planed on doing. Most people prefer stock even if they plan on modding. I personally would rather buy a car with some mods done if I was planning on doing them in the future and save some cash. They need to be done by a reputable installer which your car seems to have been. What's with the board chocking tire? If nice I would say 48-52k.

Thats one of the problems, based on the pictures it doesnt seem like it does? I live in a different state so I can only evaluate based on pictures and what he knows. Unfortunately he's not very knowledgeable in reference to aftermarket parts other than the receipts and docs that were given to him by the previous owner, this is the dilemma I'm dealing with.

that car is WELL setup and i barely glanced at the evoms parts list. but as noted/asked already. does it HAVE all that stuff?!
its well worth having and didn't catch a price?? it won't cost much to vacuum and replace the pedals with metal lol. why cant you post his asking? it's easier to help phrased that way since no one can actually "see" it. the parts ( the lists anyway lol ) while valuable and proper, do not add much to resale value, sadly. though you could well make that accrue to your benefit!

spoiler alert?! ( some? ) those receipts are from '13?! i'd be highly suspect of a seller that didn't "know" what was what, given the short time frame of some of the "receipts".
dude, glanced again at the parts list. that car if its got those parts? is one bad lil b*tch lol

Doesn't look like it has the big Brembos and it looks to be at stock ride height in the photos. The receipts make it look like it has had two different aftermarket clutches, too (EVO and Clutchmasters). The receipts also indicate some other duplicate parts, but maybe some receipts are estimates and others are invoices.
Hopefully someone knowledgable can inspect the car in person for you. If it currently has all the parts as indicated by the receipts, I would estimate a selling price of around $48k to $50K.

Almost forgot, those don't look like HRE 540's. The mesh style is somewhat similar but if you look at where the center section bolts to the outer barrel it does not look like the HRE 540 design.

As mentioned above, lots of unknowns without a thorough PPI from someone who knows what he's doing. Wheels and brakes don't appear to match the receipts. But if it's a solid car with that mileage and condition, upper 40's or even low 50's is probably right.

Most here on this site prefer mods, the more, the better and they claim they will pay more for a car that has them. The majority or average TT buyer prefers stock and will value a modded car less than stock.
I like to use NADA to value used cars, market and economic variables as well as timing can make a huge difference. I have bought 3 used Porsche's over the last several years and bought all for up to 13% below NADA (trade in) prices. All the cars I bought were low mile and mint.
Modded cars, especially those with multiple owners car raise lots and lots of questions as you are finding out. My biggest concerns are with all those mods, installed, then removed, then stock stuff put back on or remodded, was everything done right, properly and correct? It's usually not, and many things get omitted or done sloppily along the way. Even the best shops seem to not be able to do everything right, they make more money being fast than being correct. I'm in the business and charge by doing the job correctly, not by published flat rate or by bid.

Definitely get a quality PPI by someone who understands these cars AND mods. Looking at the close up of what must be a front wheel and those are NOT the huge GT Brembos on this car. What else? Already commented that the ride height looks wrong for a Moton suspension.
It looks pretty, but no one can give you a value based on those receipts vs the actual car. Pay a relatively small amount up front to find out what it actually is, money well spent. Then you have an idea of what it is.. and what it is worth. Be careful.

Thanks for all the input guys, I'll definitely have get a thorough PPI done. Let's just say based on some confirmed receipt and pics..... What would any of you value it at considering ione of the docs attached with items such as brembos/motion suspension etc. does not appear to be installed on the car so let's assume it isn't.
Seems like some low mileage car slightly modded or stock 996tt are ranging more in the high 40s into the mid 50s.
