exhaust noise help

I have a noise coming from my newly installed Fabspeed. The noise sounds like something is leaking but goes away after the car heats up. Should I have replaced the o-ring between the cats and the turbos?

Thanks

So you have a small leak (somewhere), and the hot metal expands enough to seal it? Weird. I'd get in touch with your exhaust vendor.

The metallic o-ring should be reuseable, but if it gets pinched you will have an exhaust leak. I wouldn't expect that type of leak to go away when hot, but of course I'm no expert!

Check the clamps again. Once the exhaust heats up it will shift, you will need to retighten those clamps. In fact I would loosen the mounts all the clamps, retighten the clamps then retighten the main mounts. That should do it.

Thanks for the tips. I'll give it a shot when I can find a moment.

The air injection changes the exhaust note when the engine is cold.
