I raced it several times and always prevailed (with my old k16/k24 hybrid set-up). In fact, his car blew up during one of our freeway runs (I was ahead) and he sold it thereafter. Brad moved away and I lost touch with him. We exchanged phone numbers at EuroSunday and we will line up soon. His current Supra (in the photo) generates over 700 hp at the wheels. Therefore, it should be a good run.

700 to the wheel now? more like 600 at 30psi
funny after a few poopras make poopra world famous EVERYONE somehow manages to have a "1000hp" poopra LOL even N/A with stock rims and veilside bodykits
his videos are bunk and he races slow cars
in the end it does not matter how much "hp" you have though... as long as you are FASTER than all your competition...that's what really matters

Craig,
did you get a chance to lineup with him on your and his current setup?
if you do get it on video...
and if you have the same turbos as Sharky then my money is on you!
you seem to like to race...i like your attitude!
you Cali 996TT guys shoud setup a sanctioned 1mile race or just get together somewhere in the middle of nowhere to have some fun

I had a T04R too... dyno'd 604rwhp/582tq on stock block/cams and race gas before fuel system upgrade. It ran a 10.9 on slicks though!
On street gas and street boost, iirc, I saw ~530rwhp.

There are more than a few here who are ex-Supra owners... Porsche Turbos are the Supras of Europe... Europa?

Craig was that you folowing me on the 2 freeway about a month ago and pulling on me like hell, I have a silver TT with the 9FF blade , HRE's and lowered. All I know a black TT with black meshed wheels was pulling on me on the onramp to the 2 freeway.

Stephen, what did you exactly do with Todd K. if you don't mind sharing.
Craig, the best way you have of estimating your real hp excluding a quartermile trap speed is to measure acceleration runs (50-90, 60-130, 0-125mph, etc,..) and compare them to other tested cars. A 950hp 996TT must be in the 150mph trap speed in the quarter for instance.
[SVB]Bruce, I ran against a Supra the other day with a 800RWHP reading on a Dynojet (does not mean much to me, but that's what it was), the owner claims he did it at 2Bar, would that be possible on these cars, standard displacement single turbo? His turbo is twice the size we see in the picture here, and he has extensive internal work (cams, heads, rods etc..)
