Craig is the Porsche Enforcer, he combs the internet silencing all who dare say there car is quicker than a 996 TT. With a blip of the throttle hes gone and the challengers are left with nothing but tears in there eyes.

A lot of S2k owners are car enthusiasts just like you and me. Well, maybe you're not after that comment. Maybe you're just spoiled.

Well, I guess this settles everything, my next car has to be an s2000 with some boost, the s2k would have nothing to fear from any car out there. Why has it taken the automotive world so long to figure this out?

HotRod....I'm seeing more and more of this type of thread too.
A lot of new names/faces. Fewer enthusiasts, more street racers with money...What happened to taking the cars to the track or AutoX? Maybe there should be a non "My car is better than your car" section of this forum?
And really, they should take my wife's picture off this thread.

SOME OF THE COMMENTS BY THAT FORUM'S USERS.............
Joeking1978:
I'd like to see the 996 race... though unless your car has shed about 400lbs and/or gained about 200hp...
it might be tough...
Yeah, like try 400 more hp!!! LOL!!!
kevkranker:
There really isn't a S2k faster then sideways in the US.
Stock S2k LBS/BHP (2800/240) = 11.6
Sideways LBS/RWHP (2800/500) = 5.6
Sideways LBS/BHP (2800/590) = 4.7 (Hp at the crank est @ 18% Drivetrain loss)
Stock 996T LBS/BHP (3600/444) = 8.1
Enzo LBS/BHP (3020/660) = 4.5
Carrera GT LBS/BHP (3042/612) = 5
You would have to have 642 hp to the wheels to = Sideways lbs to hp ratio.
If you do have that much nice ride. nice ride regardless
Are you gonna race him from a roll? Please get this on video.
So, let's see.....3400/800hp = 4.25....YEAH BABY!!

I don't think anyone in that thread was claiming that. In fact, I didn't see anyone who had anything bad to say about Porsche. If anything, they were skeptical of his claims, and excited to see Craig posting. The only smartasses, it seems, are on this forum. It's telling.
