Ebay is also a great place for rip off artists to list severely messed up cars. It's unfortunate and most of us rely on the honesty of our fellow man but with ebay.... you can't do that. I almost bought an SL600 with 2000 miles on ebay. Did the deal got the money ready for wire transfer and got a call telling me that the car was sold locally. All within 24 hours.
