Well, first issue found. Alternator was done for. All the problems would seem to have come from that. As far as the no boost..hopefully it was a limp mode thing and didn't get something.

i've swapped batteries and alternators and never had to program anything at all. do you know what it is that you might have or thought you needed to "program". simple in out for me every time. an '03 MY.

The car started and idled perfect. It was cold, so once the rmps came down a bit it started fluctuating. I know it wasn't just the gauge because the interior lights were dimming. I just checked every ground. All the starter and engine grounds are solid. I couldn't really see where it connected to the engine because it's deep in there, but it was tight.
I didn't drive it so I don't know if the boost is back. I didn't want to fry another all and battery. The volts were at 14 at idle.

dude, pls say it wasn't a rebuilt. next! ( sorry )
have told you ( for what its worth ) never mess w rebuilt on THIS car!! trouble in dodge. could *some* work?! sure, but most fail.
