Lower Cost Titanium Lug Bolts

Lower Cost Titanium Lug Bolts
We bought a Swiss Screw CNC machine earlier this year and we decided to make some titanium lug bolts while we were set up to do some titanium jobs for some other customers. Since we have all the tooling already for other jobs we are able to make these at a pretty low cost.
I am only making them in the stock length right now and we will do them with the factory floating washer. Our machine is brand new this year and is very accurate so you can be assured that you are getting a quality piece and an incredible price.
Please PM me for a price if you are interested and I will be able to judge how many sets I should make. I will be running them this weekend.

We will not be making them that long. You should consider using an adapter rather than a spacer if you are going that much wider, it would probably be much safer.

H&R which has been in this game for a long time and a few others make 20mm longer bolts to use with their 21mm spacers(thickest spacer that are not adapters that I've seen)...just wondering

It's not that it's stronger or weaker but most people that are going to be investing in lighter lug bolts will probably not be utilizing spacers and I have very limited time on the machine in between jobs so we are not going to be offering those options. The demand for a lug bolt that long will be very limited.
We have been selling black lug bolts for a long time and the 50mm long lug bolts sit around for a very long time before they sell. We probably sell 50 stock length lug bolts for every 50mm long ones.
If you have a high quality spacer it should be safe but a lot of people use spacers that are not precisely machined and the bolts often come loose.
