700 bhp with k16?
I was told that a 49,5 mm compressor wheel is max. Standard is 40,5 mm.
You will get with this size around 600 HP engine Power.
700 is not possible i guess.

This is not tru, it mostly depends on fuel. A billet 16g has enough air to flow 350 whp each at around 25psi, that is with race fuel or e85 though. Pump gas you start getting knock very early and it hugely limits power.
Secondly, the intake and exhaust are big limiters. If you can run catless, do it, you'll pick up a good bit of hp even with the smaller k16 turbine wheel.

Honeslty for the money though the SRM k24/71 is a steal.

We have K16/68mm alphas in stock as well as the SRM K24hybrids. Two top performers in their categories. Feel free to contact me if I can help out. We have packages and tuning bundles as well!

With the K16 billets you don't have to upgrade much except a 5bar only low boost u can run but with K24billets you need to do some big upgrades.

Fuel injectors and pump, clutch, flywheel, intercoolers, y pipe, boost hoses and tune.

the same would be said for any turbo upgrade over stock. your k16 needed a clutch and injectors, i/c when you had them.

HP is HP, if you make the power it's not going to matter which turbo did it you'll still need fuel and clutch to handle it. Pushing k16 really hard I'd upgrade intercoolers too lol

A question to the pros. Is clipping the wheel on the hot side of the k16 hybrid, lets say with the biggest wheel possible 49,5 mm necessary?

Clipping may be worth it on K16's. Helps relieve a little backpressure.

A clip on the k16 wheel like on any turbine wheel will help flow quite a bit. You guys don't realize how large the k16 turbine is in turbo prospective. Everyone things you need a k24 size turbine to make high power. Completely not true. A k16 turbine is the same size as a mhi td05 turbine which is designed to ne used with an 16g, 18g, and 20g compressor wheel.

The simple biggest restriction on the hotside of our cars is the cats. Catless or 100 cells and a clipped k16 turbine can easily flow enough for 400hp+ per turbo.

You will get a bit more lag in exchange for top end with a clipped turbine though. There is always some trade off with turbos and size.

Done the clip and tested all of it. Factory K24 turbochargers have a clip built into the cast. There's always a reason for everything and mainly with Porsche they mainly apply larger turbines and clipping not to make more power but to maintain lower EGT and backpressure in track applications or like in the GT2. I've been fortunate to have a lot of experience with a lot of different systems and configurations. Also being the top seller/rep for TiAL among others gives me a really good in with what's what, testing, data etc. One good conversation and I can deliver what you need with a guarantee
