HotRodGuy,
If you are in Walnut Creek you could be going down to Sunol and getting 94, 98 or 100 at the Andrade Super Stop. No need for a barrel in the garage. I live in Alameda and drive out there to get fuel. Used to be able to go to VP racing in San Leandro but they closed.

I'd have a hard time believing a cop is going to know wtf fuel is in the tank short of the clean smell of race gas. Unless it's leaded I see no issue. I wouldn't be surprised if the cop who supposedly did this was just being a jerk - nope not surprised at all...

I guy that just moved from cali that lives here has a turbo porsche he said that once you get an emissions and alter any mods after you pass is illegal. So he now lives in alpharetta ga. He also said the emissions place checked out his motor to see if he had any mods done uptop. Luckly he didnt at that time.
I didnt know cali was so strict geez.
There was a post on here about a guy that had silver bov and had to remove them and put on stock ones so he could pass emissions. How did the emissions guy know about this? He was a tech.

Yes, we have a lot of rules here, but it's manageable.

yep, all manageable....have had many cars that shouldn't pass and have gotten through with no issues.
