Angry White smoke after new k24 turbos with forge actuators

I have a white smoke problem after installing new k24 turbos with forge motorsports actuators and reprogrammed ECU and gt2/ X50 intercoolers on a 2003 996 911 turbo

Can anyone please tell me what the problem is. after 2 months waiting for reprogrammed ECU i have white smoke and its heart breaking.

I had the car parked on a slight incline . I waited 5-10 minutes for smoke to go away but it was still plenty of smoke so will tow it back to garage .

Id much appreciate help

Sometimes there is oil residue in new turbos that may need to burn off.

Otherwise, take the exhaust off and see if the oil is leaking into the exhaust housing past the rear seal. If it's bad..it might be wet with oil. Also, take a look at oil check valves to make sure they are functioning correctly. If they are stuck open...they could leak oil (and it's a good amount) after the engine is off. This could also cause smoking on startup that could take a while to burn off. Just a couple things to think about before thinking the turbos are bad.

Also note that if you went from a catted to catless exhaust your exhaust will be more white sitting at idle. If it's a lot though look into what Scott said.

What srm said... But just in case, remove the oil accumulators off the turbos and make sure whoever installed them didn't forget to remove the plastic plugs that are shoved into the orifice for shipping purposes. Most of them have a tab that sticks out, but I've seen some lesser quality plugs pushed in the chra deep.
This would cause the oil to be backed up and have nowhere to go but through the turbos seals. Worth a shot... Of course, all this is assuming the car didn't smoke beforehand.

It was the turbo itself. A problem with one turbo. So it seems it wasn't new , but reconditioned . or rebuilt. It looked new. But I'm told they can look new buut not be. . I didn't know
