Let me break some news to everyone:
Derrick does not use a FAT correction factor. You will not get BIG honkin numbers off his dyno. If you want BIG numbers.. DynoJet is the way to go! His dyno is designed/setup for fine tuning of cars.

Lets put it this way:
ALL dyno operators use a "correction factor" as long as EVERYONE is using the same correction factors.. then you get similar results all around the USA (ala 15% for RWD cars)
Well... some operators use NO correction factor. This yields lower HP/TQ numbers that are REAL.
Engine dyno's typically use NO correction factor (maybe altitude)

"Real" as defined above would mean what the car produced in San Diego on that particular day on that dyno. If the weather changed it would be different on another day. In addition, the numbers would not be comparable to any other turbo numbers in any other county, state or country.
Those numbers would be compariable to other cars dyno'ed on the same dyno on the same day. As for trying to convert rwd hp to fwhp ............ it's a guessing game. Just like it is a guessing game to use a 2wd chassis dyno to tell you how much power an awd car is delivering to the ground. Those number wouldn't be "real" either.
