Europe: Tüv approval for increased power

As i have tuned my car it is technically not road legal anymore.
I see several road legal cars with 550hp+ excists.

Now does anyone have Tuv papers from e.g. techart or similar?
Or have a list over what specific needs to be done?
From what i can tell they only swap the front brakes to 997tt or 996gt2, but i need documents for this.

Any input appreciated
