The jeysey tuynpike? Yep, I'm from MD. I've done 100+ there too. Don't think I've ever gone near 150 tho. Traffic permitting, of course.
In theory. And yes, I do think the average European driver is slightly better than the average American driver (they should be too. Driver's ed will set you back €2grand here ), but there are enormous numbers of idiots on the roads here too. Approaching more than one car in the right lane from behind is always a risk...

the first thing i noticed was an apparent lack of parental responsibility and/or judgment. it's one thing to risk your own life, quite another to risk the lives of other motorists and your children at the same time.
i'd handle the situation by locking you up.
