Yes, the system is currently activated by a switch in the dash. The solenoids are electric based so they can't be put on a cable. I could design a RPM or map based switch. Neither would bean issue.

That would be awesome. I look forward to seeing the dyno results! (and getting rid of some of this low RPM resonance).

Stephen's turbo "PSE"

I would also be very interested in this device. Look forward to seeing some numbers as well as your subjective impressions. I would love to get rid of my fabspeed quiets 2 to 2.8k rpm resonance and be able to go to straight pipes without spending 15 minutes putting them on and 30 minutes putting the "quiet' muffler back on when I'm done. The straight pipes are easy to get on, but the muffler reinstall exacerbates my Tourrett's syndrome. This seems like the best of both worlds.

That is the goal of the muffler. Try to be best of both the worlds. Can we have out cake and eat it too....I sure think so

Dave,

You must let me know when you get your car back. When do you expect to get it back?? Hopefully before the white stuff falls. Let me know as soon as you get it back so I can hear it. Can't wait. BTW, saw your Ruf wheels at perfect power. Thanks for the referral. Sol is a great guy, extremely knowledgable.

Im interested in this too as the Fabspeed loud is too loud for daily driving and it appears that the fabspeed quiet is not THAT quiet....

Hello Jack

Happy Thanksgiving to you Jack, your Fikse's are being cared for almost as well as you cared for them. I love them as much now as when you shipped them to me. Regarding the mods, once I came to the conclusion that you really only live once I did what I had been yearning to do for quite a while and could not be happier. For me, my car is the perfect combination of performance and comfort. After seeing your Tech-Art steering wheel on your site I decided I had to have one just like it. I'm working with CEC in LA and Carnewal (silver crested air bag module) but it's not going smoothly. Have a great holiday.

Bruce
