Mark,

While rough, the entry and exits of the tanks look good. Ask Chad to publish his (I can take pics with permission). Same idea yet cleaner. Mark I also think you need to go EBC. The external wastegates controlled by a greddy controller will give you great results!!!!

Ping me off line if you would like some more input. FWIW I managed to get these results on my 993tt. 1.2 bar of boost and race gas.

I know its a bit rough...but we had 2.5 days to do them both.... and the car was outside in bad weather on a trailer.... I already took care of the EBC

Question:
1 How did you get that plot?
2 Why does the MAF voltage max out even as you keep accelerating and using more air? If the MAF is undersized, you must revert to the stored ECU values for timing and injector pulse width based on RPM and Load correct? Would it not be better to get a larger MAF that reads your airflow accurately up to the max, for more adjustability? Perhaps WOT doesn't require a lot of 'tweeking' to get maximum safe power?
The plot is from my LM1 & LM3 meters. You can record up to 40 mins of data. Additional inputs are EGT, CHT and injector duty cycle.

Real supprised on the MAF voltage. Not sure if its maxing out or the air flow has peaked. I need to remove the sensor and check it with some compressed air. The current housing is bored out 5%. I have another one that is 20% larger. Since fuel tracks so well to redline I suspect that air flow has maxed out. This is from my 993tt. There is no MAP sensor so load is determined by the MAF.

I am heading back to the dyno on friday to check my recent work. Here is the dyno from the last visit.

The actuators definitely help along with a different program. For short blasts. If you plan on running a Daytona type test-flat out in Nevada, better go the bigger blower route, otherwise it's a good setup; we've had consistant success with it, without going hog-wild! Mark
