Does anybody recognize this '02 Turbo?

It's the same as buying an old SC or 911. I remember when I bought my 75 911S for 6K, i said hurray i have a project car,LOL
I already spent 12K on this sucker, and I dont even drive it that much, then I sold it for 11K the ****ing guy flaked on me, haha there you go
I'd rather get a 911 turbo that has 100K miles than that one, JMO..

It was in a local newspaper. People say he jizzed all over the seats and the shifter.

Very interesting replies but nothing really helpful thus far. Maybe I should have simplified the first post and just simply put:
"Anybody recognize this car or know the owner?"
Thanks for all the comments btw.
I think for a toy, it is more than appropriate, and if it isn't up to par with what I'm looking for, it can easily be sold at cost nevermind the marginal(2-6 thousand) in profit that potentially can be made.
Oh another question, what kind of inlet scoop is that on the left side of the car? It looks aftermarket?

Grewal:
A lot of people here does have a lot of experience working and rebuilding Porsches. They are all telling you a fact that you dont want to hear because of your dream to own a 996TT.
You know what, there isnt a better lesson to learn than getting yourself testing the waters !!!!
Go ahead, have a ball !!!!
I know that you are not going to reason to any of this and finally you are going to get your " Dream " car (Even is if is mangled).
Good Luck. A street sweeper wont rattle as much as that car !!!
