kw v3 bump adjustment

I have a set of kw v3 coilovers. The rear shock when trying to set one of the bump adjustments just spins and spins. I assume this is going to need to be rebuilt. Anyone have any insight into this, or just call KW on Monday.

Thanks

Update. There is a tiny Allen head screw holding the **** onto the adjustment screw. If it’s loose... it won’t turn.

Tighten screw. Vioualah.
