FVD-Spec Pss9s installed at Speed Gallery

I had my FVD-spec Pss9s installed. All I can say is WOW!

The car rides softer and handles harder. It almost seems contradictory, but it's true. There is much better turn in and front bite. I wasn't ready to accept that the stock setup was that bad. I don't know what Porsche was thinking! Except maybe gound clearance.

Many thanks to:

Jay at FVD for checking out a car I bought sight unseen out of florida, and for supplyin the Pss9s and to Sam, Allen and Dan at the Speed Gallery for excellent service.

Next: Wheel spacers or new rims to fill in the fender gap!

Dammit man, i have the ROW suspension and think its HORRIBLE as well, i need coilovers badly, can't wait!

BTW im keeping stockers and powdercoating them black for track and to ride on for a while until spring/summer time, what spacers should i get, size wise or what would you go with

I'm trying to find out the same thing and may do exactly the same (minus the powder coating). H&R sells some wheel spacers for the 996 TT. I'm sure someone on this board will chime in.

What size spacers fit the stock TT wheels to fill in the fenders? ...and do the spacers require longer bolts? Does it come as a kit? Will spacers allow for GT2 size tires on the stock wheels without rubbing?

15 mm works just right all around on stock 996tt wheels

ralph boothie board sponsor i think has a 15mm that converts
to the stud system. worked on my hollow spokes perfect.
