Anyone have experience with one of these? What is needed to make it fit usually?

Not enough info. Who makes the replica? I would say that virtually all bumpers will need some kind of "adjustment" or "tuning" due to the very nature of variation. I have an actual TechArt GTS II and it required some very minor adjustments for all of the seams to fit evenly. In any case you will need a good body shop and painter!

You will find that all glass bumpers fit like socks on a rooster. Even the TA stuff (although better) Having someone that knows how to shape and move glass is important and will make any piece look right. Unless the glass is so thin it can't be moved you can work with any of it.

I've had 2 techart replica's on my TT..Never had any issues...The 2nd one i had looked and fitted the best...

I bought Kerry's first one. I had it installed on my C4S where he had it on his TT. It took a bit of grunt to get it correctly into place but once it was in place it looked great. The biggest issues I had were with the duct work.

This may have been because of the TT to C4S swap. Just my .02

We've seen real tech art bumpers that fit great and some replicas that really didn't....
