Can hardly believe it, but I purchased a 360 F1 Spider. It is titanium and black interior, with fairly standard Ferrari options, except it has a Hamann exhaust, which sounds fastastic. I expect to pick it up - and will take photos and post - on Wednesday, unless it is raining.

Based on my limited driving time, it is completely different from the twin turbo. Probably a little faster at first, but does not have the power rush of the turbo and therefore, I will not be dragging with P cars. But, the sound and feel is like no other car. The paddle shifters will take some getting used to, but it appears to be faster than my shifting. I can't wait to take it to the track and compare with my Porsche. Fortunately, the local Ferrari dealer has four or five track events, as the Potomac Founders regions only allows P cars.

Now I have two cabs and only room for one in my garage, unless my wife moves her car outside with my Mini. Thus, the sale of Porsche cab, details posted in the classified section, except I think my asking price is a little too high.

Good for you, glad you did it and hopefully you'll enjoy it. It's slower than a turbo but it doesn't sound like it. Looking forward to the pictures.

i have both as well...like you said they are two very diff cars... driving wise, i woulndt say i like one any more than the other...you'll get used to f1 in a day...enjoy
