It indeed is not. I went over the car closely. There's a rub on the passenger wheel paint (not rash) and there are two small chips of paint in the driver's read bumper that will need touch up. Car is in excellent shape, and considering it's an 01 with 67K miles, I'm happy. I'll either pick it up Friday or Monday/Tuesday.

congrats on the pickup! i remember you here from many years ago.
where you in other 911's since, or on hiatus? either way. congrats. looks very clean.
hard to believe, i have a arctic silver one that looked like that once.

I sold the black 996TT in 2011, and bought a 2004 Seal Gray GT3 in 2013. Ended up selling it in 2014. In 2018 I bought a 1999 Polar Silver Aeropackage 911. Ended up wrecking it trying to avoid deer last summer. So I've been driving a 335i BMW. Really wanted to get back to a 996TT.
I've been racing 944s with PCA & NASA with some decent success, which keeps me away from modding the daily drivers. I expect that to continue. Don't expect me to track this thing or mod it like I did the black 996TT. Just wanted a clean weekender-nice day car to drive again.

Man talk about way-back machine! I regretted selling that car over the last 9 years. Missed it so much, but was distracted with other things in life. Racing has been a huge, but very rewarding time suck. Owned 2 other 911s since selling the black TT. But nothing compares to a TT!! Glad to be back!
