A simple summary: 4.3L displacement, 95 mm throttle body, ported GT3 Cup heads mated to EMRE custom 997.2 intake, Aero Precision knife edged stroker crank, Aero Precision light weight, high torque, center lined, center lined for wrist pin lubrication rods,.custom built single lobe intake and exhaust cams, custom designed half moon lifters, top fuel valves, Inconel valve train, 3 indexed GT1 oil pump, combustion chamber, 962 oil squirters, exhaust ports an piston tops ceramic coated, designed for 9100 rpm redline, designed for 42" of boost, Electronic CDI, Complete F1 engine management system for engine, chassis and CDI. All internal friction parts coated with black like diamond to reduce the coefficient of friction.
The only part that was not computer designed, mocked up in plastic for fitment and then custom machined was the Porsche Spanish Case and that was bow tailed and machined for 962 oil squirters and GT1 oil pump w/ modified for root gears so as to pull a vacuum in the case.
Look at post #3980. It has a video of the completed KA motor.

The engine is complete. Now it has to be delivered and installed. We also have to install the RAMP front differential as well as a trick set of racing hubs from ERP. The rest of the suspension, wheels, brakes, axles and tranny have been completed.

Thanks for the additional info. I'm looking forward to your comments once it's all buttoned up and you can actually drive it. You have much more patience than me!!!

The motor will spin to the max almost any turbo we can use so the hp is relative.
However ,from the perspective of the design, maximum hp was not our goal. The goal was quickness and response. That was the reason for mods like, knife edged stroker crank, custom designed singe lobe cams, GT2 3 index oil pump with root gears to pull a slight case vacuum, black like diamond anti friction coating on friction parts, ceramic coatings (piston domes and exhaust ports) and 962 oil squirters to reduce internal temperatures, centerlining rods to liners and combustion chambers, intakes, exhausts, intake manifold runners all matched for flow. In addition the CDI system with coils provide strong as well as broad spark through redline.
Bottomline, getting from point A to point B over the turbo rpm sweet spot under load, in the least amount of time is what we are looking for. We will probably end up using GT30R turbos for the street. We have tested GT35R's and GT40R turbo's. My guess is the GT30R turbos will make 900 to 1000 hp at one bar.
