This is only an example of a post, I can't put the link on as you need to be a member of the GB Forum. This guy is all over the Forums in Europe, You can believe what you want but this guys knowledge is superb! I wish I never even brought this guy to your attention!

If I remember correctly are you not that **** that pisses people off all the time, I'm sure you were involved in a very heated discussion a year or so ago when you really pissed a load of members on Rennlist.

All you can do is argue with people all the time, do you need help!

So what is your justification to using 0W40 in an engine where oil temps are 240F and above compared to the proven better protection of a 5W-50 or 15W50 oil?

Listen I aint an expert, I thought it was a good idea to bring to the forum! but what really pisses me off is you have judged someone by a post that I have picked out as an example, you put this guys name in a search engine and it's all over the place with very helpful information.

I remember posts before from you on Rennlist because you really got peoples backs up! I'm saying this to you now, I ain't going to resort to your level, i'm not going to reply to you and certainly not going to have this escalate on a forum! IGNORED!

Sorry if you can't accept a challenge to your posts. And, by the way, how else would you judge a person you know only through this forum EXCEPT by his/her posts. I realize that most of your interest on this forum has been "bling", but others are interested in the technical side of a car enough to hear the various sides and expereince from other users.

You might be better off if you stick to reading posts from people who agree with you. You'll have less stress.

SR996 is infamous around these parts
What about royal purple race oil or red line ? Bottom line which is the best oil that we can atleast run our cars hard and not have to change the oil in 1500 miles my low oil light came on after 1800 miles of an oil change geesh !

I've used 0W-40 since I bought my Turbo new in January 2002. Atlanta gets pretty hot in the summer, and I can't remember the last time I got any smoke on start.

If the Mobil 1 0W-40 was the problem, then I'd be having the same smoke on start issues as Ruiner.

No idea, Dock. However, I still might need to use your oil wrench if I can't find someting that fits locally.

15w50 is what my Porsche specialist recommend for turbos longevity. Not sure why.

I still do use Mobil 1 for my oil changes and sub in 1 QT of Lucas to thick it up. BTW: I have done this in most my cars over the last 5-6 years.
