Great cars.
Is the engine you are describing Tal's engine? My understanding is that the engine with the Motec M8 has been replaced and is being sold by Chris Carroll. The car (the one with Gold BBS wheels) now has a new engine that was built by FVD and later tweaked by Bob Holcombe of Motorsport Design (maybe Chris Carroll too) using a Motec M600. Claimed to have shown those numbers (700HP @ 1.2 Bar) on the engine dyno of RS Tuning (no proof was given until today).
The numbers posted seem a bit off...
If it does Qmile in 11.1 seconds at 250km/h (155mph), it cannot be doing 0-200kph (125mph) in 9.8 seconds.
That would mean that 200-250kph (125-155mph) are covered in 1.3 seconds vs. the 3.5-4 seconds needed.
The same applies to the 290km/h (180mph) in 19.3 seconds, that would be a 155-180mph run in 8.2 seconds.
In my opinion the trap speed was more like 130-135mph instead of 155mph. Similar aircooled cars are doing 9 seconds in the quarter with those trap speeds.
Sorry to be so picky but acceleration numbers of aircooled engines are very dear to my heart

about the cars:
I don't really know the black one, based on what iv'e heard from people close to the owner it has 550 Hp. More than that i can't tell...
The details about the blue 700Hp were taken from a test in that car, featured on an auto magazine, all of the numbers were measured by some sort of car performance measurment device that were used there... (i don't remember the model, i think it was Motec's, i'll write tomorow the exact mode) Anyway, the trap speed in the Quarter wasnwt measured, that what was told me by the owner, maybe he lied or confused, i don't know...
But thank for enlighting this for me!
