Question Leak Problem?

I am having a problem with my car. It started when I would downshift, the revs wouldn't drop as they should. You would actually hear a slight blip and tt sounded like pushed the clutch in before getting off the throttle, although I didn't do that. It happens the most under hard acceleration, foot to the floor, shift (revs go up and come down very slowly), and then grab the gear.

Now, I even had some problems under full acceleration where boost dropped and the car kind of sputtered. This was new but hasn't been consistent.

Any thoughts on what to look for?
