Let me make this real simple...25rwhp on K16/24 turbos. That's what it's good for. Dyno verified before and after the mod.

pca911turbo is infamous around these parts
And all you did was let the car breath a little better. No other modifications needed. But how could you increase TQ/HP by other mods and not do this one?

OK my confusion...I thought you were talking about the "T" shaped when you were talkng about straight (as that is what is stock on a 996TT)...my bad. I am still a little confused because the part that is being referenced in the thread is an aftermarket intake (curved) not a Porsche part...or are you saying the new turbos have the curved intake?

997’s have the curved. That is one of the differences.

I guess the next question is - what's the size of the throttle body on the 997 and can the new OEM unit be used in place of the aftermarket piece?
