996 Turbo / GT2 Turbo discussion on previous model 2000-2005 Porsche 911 Twin Turbo and 911 GT2.

How do you satisfy a "no front plate" ticket? Also, a word of warning about Glendale.

if you want to fix it,
CHP- free
Sheriff- $15
then you mail in a $10 processing fee with proof

Zip tie it on to something and then go to the CHP office in La Canada off the 210 near the Jack in the Box...go on a rainy day and park in front of the window so they can see the plate is on through the glass.

I've never done this before so I don't know if it will work. (insert sarcasm here)

I just put on a front plate with no frame or anything. I just bought the porsche bracket and put it on that. I have to admit, it does look a bit worse. But oh well. My windows are tinted pretty heavily. And this stupid no front plate law makes it more probable of being stopped and getting ticketed for the windows on top of it. That would suck to have to remove.
