What about this price?? (turbo X50)
9500 miles, arctic silver, black interior, X50 - 103k?
Seems a bit high with the wholesale rates going for 90k-95k, but this dealer just can't imagine not getting money for the X50, so I bet that's the best I can do with that one.
Not white, either...

oops - '02
thought the options didn't matter with pricing???
I'll get a full list later, and post it here.
I think 95k is fair, but there's no way this dealer will go for it.

Although there is no way they will get 100% of what the options cost new...I believe bigger options like PCCB and aerokit do hold their value better than carbon packages and other smaller options.
95k sounds like a good price...What dealer is this??? Are they in so.cal??

95k might be fair, but I doubt he will go down that low. He's asking 107.5k for it, and I think I could get him down to 102, but not 95.
Not many options -
Artic silver/Black full leather
Remote CD changer (6disc)
blk mats
Engine performance pkg X50
Alumin. instrument dials

not a Porsche dealer, but a general luxury/sports car dealer...
I'm hesitant because:
1) it's not white
2) I'd have to not only add techart and performance upgrades, but add some carbon fiber and aluminum inside (wheel, shifter/brake, aluminum trim)
3) it's not the deal of a lifetime, and everybody has that romantic notion...
4) I'm not in any hurry - I want to be sure that it's the one I am happy with for years...

Current Auction prices for a 2002 996 turbo without X50 and those miles is running around $90,750.00. I would not add more than 5 to 7,000 for the X50 package.
If I were you I would find what I want in a 2002 non X50 and modify with Stage 4GT.
