405 to West 133 Laguna Canyon Rd (Laguna Beach) Right on PCH 2 miles or so you can't miss it.

 

From LA 405 soutth to the 73 freeway south, exit Newport Coast proceed to Pacific Coast Highway (3 miles or so) go left and Crystal cove will be on your left. Bring $1.50 in change for toll at Newport Coast Exit. This is about 15 minutes quicker than 405 to 133, but either will get you there.
