That car was modified by AI Design (www.aidesign.com) in Westchester County, NY. Tuckahoe is the exact town. They're a legit tuner and produce quality vehicles.

Matter of fact they might be the seller as well. Not completely sure on that though.

 

Thanks for letting us know. I'm sure it's a beautiful car and I'm sure they do great work, but that's not the issue. The issue is the fact that they're selling it as the only "Turbo S" ever built in '02. Which is false advertising. If they want to sell it as a tuner car, then fine I'm sure they'd get plenty of interest. But then again, it probably wouldn't have it's own thread on here lol. No matter what, it's a beautiful car, but they're selling it as something it isn't...unless they have PORSCHE factory documentation stating it's the only '02 Turbo S ever built. To me it's a very nice car that probably had some going over in the Porsche "Special Wishes" program as well as being an X50 car. If it's modded, depending what was done to it, it might actually be worth LESS than a stock x50 car.

I did not positively say that AI was selling the car. I just said they might be.

The original owner of the car might be the Ebay seller.

But, it's definitely not an S. I agree with everyone else here. That was probably just put there to get the ad more views.

What is difference b/t S and X50?

 

I believe all S models came with carbon brakes... otherwise I think they are identical.
