That's a or actually two Wiesmann GT's. The car has got a 4.8 litre 367hp BMW V8 and a aluminium monocoque chassi. Pretty much a de-Bangled BMW, ie good-looking.

Looks like your having a ball. I will be in Monaco in September. I really wish I could have made it down there for the race.

Enjoy.

Have a great weekend!

Nice spot you found here, where in the hotel are you standing exactly? It would be an awesome position for me as a photographer

It's from the roof of the Fairmont. I think I actually like this spot better than the view from the apartment.

Booked it about 6 months in advance. I got the package that includes Hotel, passes, apartment viewing and catered food, transportation and Pit Lane passes.

Awesome!!

Watched F1 in Sepang (Malaysia) for a few years and the sound of these cars cannot be described. Just to have to be there to experience it.

Joe, looks simply awesome! I'm off (every year I go!) in 3/4 weeks time, I stay between between Cannes & St. Tropez for about 3 weeks, this time i'm taking the Porker for the Corniche (lol) I recognize a couple of the boats in the pictures, wife goes crazy when I fill the camera with pics of boats! The place is just Glitz & Glam especially Grand Prix time, a lot of famous faces around with the Cannes Festival coming to an end! Is that your good lady in one of the pics? while your on the way to St. Tropez pop into a place called Port Grimaud (seriously, if you want to wooooo the wife!) It's the French equivalent to Venice. Anyway looks good, have a great time!
