I spent the 4th as it should be in true 6-speed fashion...
at the track, hitting 162 mph (indicated) on EVERY LAP !!!
(about 50 laps)

Brainerd lists it's straightaway length at 5200 feet long !!
you enter the straight at about 70 mph.
CGT was hitting 175+ yesterday
I brake hard at the end of the straight (me = chicken****),
and go around at about 125-130 (on street tires that I drove up there).
good guys go around turn 1 at 140 + (see god and then brake I believe they
say...)
Luis is right, his Dad's GT2 is #1 or 2 in our class and I intend to give him
a run for his money this summer and in the fall.
