Dealer scratched the car..Please Read
I really dont know what to do... I had to do a saturday pick up...so i got the car yesturday drove it straight home...When i got out of the car and my girl got out of hers...she was like "hun what did you hit." there was a huge (anything over a quarter is huge to me) almost scrap mark on my front nose a little to the side. looked like something scraped it with a metal object or something no idea and i have pretty much destroyed a car in every way..
I never noticed it at the dealer as the car was parked and i had to find it with my keys... just jumped in and leave...I left the service department a word as soon as i saw it but what should i do... Also the car has been in 4 times now for fuel issues...3 from fuels pumpsand one do to a bad fuel gage sensor or something.

I would take the car back to the dealer today and complain. If you can't get anywhere with the service manager, ask for the general manager and tell him what happened. Act upset, but civilized and tell him you want to remain a service customer at his dealership. For the GM to paint the scratch will cost him $100 opposed to him losing a long term service customer.

Yeah its at Thousand Oaks.. I would never go to Pasedena had a really bad experience there... Kimberly the blonde hottie somewhat? Talked to them today and they said bring it in when i get a chance and they will take care of it....at my boys shop today and he saw it...he had no idea what it could be from...his only guess was a license plate while someone backed up...

oh well... almost had the same experience... it's just that mine was not a scratch, even worse...
before they put it on a trailer... still okay...
a few hours later when my car arrived at the workshop...
i've got all the evidence, yet the people there still denied it...
