Toyo RA-1 fitment for 996 Turbo Question

I see Toyo doesn't have the ideal 235 & 295 size tires for the 996tt. They do however have 245/40/18 and 305/35/18 sizes. Has anyone run these on their turbos for DE events?

It's either these or MSPC which are twice the cost.

Thanks for the response but I beleive there are pretty significant fitment differences between our cars.

I also wanted to mention to the group that I'm using the standard turbo-twist hollow spoke wheels.

TIA.

Street,

Could you please confirm the exact sizes you have on back and front? And they are the RA-1's, correct.

I would love to give the RA-1's a shot so this is good news.

Thanks.

I ran the RA1's on my Boxster, GRRRREAT tire!!!! Drove them on the track, roadtrips, autocrosses and they are quiet and nice to drive on the street with.

Hoosiers are expensive and their live is waaaay too short.

Which model of Dunlop and Pirelli are you referring to? Are they R Compound DOT tires? Have you had experience with them?
