Changed Diverter Valves WOW!!!
About a month ago I had my dealer check a cel. Well they traced it to a bad DV and replaced it without my consent. They were nice enough to refund me 2 hours labor and the price of the one DV. So I buy the EVO DV`s and install them myself. Today I test drove the car and boost comes on early, I sustain .7 bar and got spikes from .8 to .9. The TT is an animal!! It has never performed like this before. Now I know what you are thinking---It`s my imagination. Nope, it definately boosts faster and higher- I even got the car sideways in 3rd gear going uo a hill. So guys-WTF . Maybe the other factory DV was leaking, but I had no cels. Has anyone else seen a noticable change in attitude having completed the EVO DV install. ( And I do not work for EVO lol ) BTW these are K16`s that I am running.

I installed the EVO DVs on my GT2 this afternoon. The re-acceleration is incredible! It took me more than 2 hrs to remove the clamp, it's difficult to hold w/ the needle nose plier. I borrowed a special clamp holder from a friend and everything became easier.

Yeah, Stephen`s DIY is the way to go--pretty easy install. The point of my car was that is was at the dealer having new OEM DV`s installed. All I did was the next day I took those out and installed the EVO DV`s. I could not believe the performance gain. I thought I was going crazy. I am getting higher sustained boost levels and hence better acceleration. Anyway, enough ranting, the moral of the story: the OEM dv`s WILL fail, so install the EVO`s or Baileys NOW!

It's amazing how after all these years they still haven't been able to address the problems with the stock Bosch DVs Ah well!
Ok Mike ready for mods now lol? Never mind sustained... how about more boost

Good choice Yeah should be making some nice power with that set up...
Turbos is good but sitting collecting dust sadly. Haven't had a chance to go to the strip in about a year. I will soon. Or at leat try to!
